  The worst service ever. They kept me on hold on the phone fir ocer one hour. That was the best part of what was coming. Do not give busuness to these people the cheap price is absolutely not worth the terrible treatment

  AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! They have their car pick up point 15 minutes away from the airport, and the driver was rude and unprofessional to us after picking us up a whole 40 minutes late to take us to their car pick up point.
  Second - they wanted a $1000 bond for one day car hire - I mean COME ON! I understand they need the bond but - why would I keep a 1000$ with them for a 60$ car hire? They said its because I was using a different card type? How is that, I never faced this problem with other car rental providers also why didn't they communicate this to me prior to my booking?
  We were tourists there - and had no idea where we were dropped off, and this lady at ATLAS Brisbane front desk had the audacity of using the phrase "I know IT sucks" to a customer's situation instead of giving a solution. After I put my foot down- they agreed to drop us back to the airport - where I had to directly go and book another rental car. I wasted a whole three hours of my travel time for that day, courtesy ATLAS!
  Will never recommend this business to anyone .
