  Where do I start, Creation Coaching is what I think about when I think of the perfect coach. As a coach, Jordan has the ability to quickly adapt various strength and conditioning programs to a variety of needs and desired outcomes. As a trainer he exhibits an awesome energy and knowledge that you get which has a certain level of confidence around it. Jordan is eager to help and will to take time with you. I will definitely be returning for another personal training session, hope to see you there!

  Helpful and friendly with good advice. Has helped me add weight to all of my lifts through improved technique and training plan.

  Jordan's passion for fitness and health is immense and the knowledge and experience he's acquired throughout his career is evident from your first session. My husband and I have been seeing him for 5 years and we've even got my brother training with him now. I can't recommend him more as a trainer, and on top of that The Bar Brisbane is a fantastic gym.

  I started plateauing with training and was referred to Jordan who immediately fixed my form on all three major lifts. After a few programs I had increased my strength by a large margin and was constantly pushed and guided by Jordan.

  Jordan is very knowledgeable and patient.
  He takes the time to learn each individual's goals before making a personalised plan for them, and working with them to ensure they stick to that plan.
